Shipping & Returns


We offer the following shipping options:

All orders within the continental US will be shipped Flat Rate and by USPS Priority. If you desire a different type of shipping (ie.. First Class, UPS, etc..), please contact us so we can make arrangements to accommodate your request. For our overseas customers, you willl be charged the same flat rate shipping at time of check out however, we will send you a payment request through paypal for the remaining balance of the shipping cost. Once you have paid the remaining balance, your order will ship.

Payment Methods

We are currently accepting payments by check/money order or by using your PayPal account.

Shipping times may vary depending on the items in your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within four Business Days. You will receive an email within 24 Hours of your purchase stating what your estimated delivery time is. This is only a factor if you happen to order something out of stock, or custom made. We would be happy to ship you a partial order, but will then require a small double shipment fee of $5.00. If you want to pay by personal check to place your order, please email or call to set up payment. All Non- P.O. Box U.S. Orders are shipped USPS unless you request otherwise.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on items within 30 days of receipt, with a 10% restocking fee applied. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in salable condition. Please contact me for more details at derekfaria@thewoodsmanschool.com.
